If you've had a web site for more than several months and have had some nice traffic, you know that a Frequently Asked Questions page could save you a good amount of time. (That is, if you have email contact information or a feedback form on your site.)

An FAQ page answering the questions you get asked most often can benefit both you and your visitors. You, because you answer the question without taking any time away from your current focus. Your visitors, because they get their questions answered immediately and, possibly, find the answers to other questions that they might have had later on.

Our FAQ pages are visited often. They have good information.

But until now, it has been a chore to update them.

Master FAQ V1 is released today. Now, an easy to use control panel can be used to update an FAQ page. And to make it a really nice program, you can syndicate your FAQ.

A live demonstration of an FAQ maintained with Master FAQ V1, and an FAQ you can syndicate on your own pages, is at http://MasterCGI.com/faq/

With Master FAQ V1, it is easy to update your FAQ page. When you notice a certain question is being asked with frequency, open the password protected control panel of the program and add the question and answer to the database.

It's quick. It's easy. It's so fun you'll find yourself wishing for more opportunities to update your page!

And, if your FAQ is of interest to other webmasters, it could be widely syndicated. Any specialized field, such as "CGI" presented as the live demonstration, above, can have interest for other webmasters. Examples:

  • Newbie questions about e-commerce.

  • Symptoms and treatments related to house pets.

  • Questions about getting into journalism.

  • FAQ related to maintaining an RV.

  • Transplanting and care of tulips.

You get the idea.

Update your FAQ without having to edit any HTML (the program can insert paragraph tags for you, if you want). Update without uploading any pages. It's all done with the password protected control panel.

The regular retail is $45. A special new release price is in effect through April 30 at 33% off. That's only $30 for this awesome tool.

Buy it at http://willmaster.com/master/faq/ before April 30 to get the discount. If you miss the deadline, the regular price is still a great value.

The manual is at the URL above. Click "The Control Panel" link and see for yourself how simple the instructions are.

This tool is so much fun!
